Are you a local vendor, artisan, or food entrepreneur with a passion for culture and community? Victoria Latin Fest is looking for vendors to showcase their products at this vibrant two-day event in downtown Victoria!
Event Date: August 2nd and 3rd, 2025
Location: Centennial Square, Victoria, BC
We’re looking for:
Food Vendors
Artisans & Crafters – Handmade jewelry, fashion, home decor, and cultural crafts
Specialty Vendors – Unique products that celebrate diversity and community
Exhibitors
Non-Profit & Religious Groups
- Vendor and Exhibitor Compliance
- Vendors and exhibitors are responsible for securing their own business permits and fulfilling all necessary government requirements to participate in the event.
- Victoria Latin Fest is not liable for any customer claims, complaints, or similar issues. Vendors and exhibitors are advised to secure their own insurance.
- Equipment and Setup
- Victoria Latin Fest has a limited number of tents available. Vendors and exhibitors may be required to bring their own tents if necessary.
- Vendors and exhibitors must provide their own tent weights to secure their setup on the ground.
- Vendors who will be cooking at the venue must supply their own fire extinguisher and cook either under their own tent or in the designated grilling area.
- Vendors and exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that rented tents, tables, and chairs are inspected daily to secure their deposit after the event.
- Selection and Confirmation Process
- Victoria Latin Fest holds the sole right to screen and qualify participating vendors and exhibitors.
- Selection is not based on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Next Confirmation of participation will be received on April 15th.
- Qualified vendors and exhibitors must complete their payment on 72 hours after receiving the notification.

- Promotion and Stall Decoration
- Qualified vendors and exhibitors are expected to assist in promoting the event through posters, email campaigns, websites, and/or social media accounts, as applicable.
- Vendors and exhibitors shall decorate their stalls with Latin-inspired decorations, except for international food vendors.
- Food Vendor Requirements
- Food vendors must provide details about the food they are selling.
- All food items must be properly labeled to indicate allergens, gluten-free options, vegetarian choices, etc.
- It is advisable to include a QR code leading to additional food information.
- Waste Management and Electricity
- Vendors and exhibitors are responsible for the proper disposal of their respective garbage and wastewater.
- Access to electricity is limited and not guaranteed. Vendors requiring electricity should indicate their request during the application process.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will be accepted until July 20 with a 20% administrative fee deducted from refunds.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 20.
- Adjustments and Final Provisions
- Victoria Latin Fest reserves the right to make necessary adjustments as required for the smooth execution of the event.
